"From forests and lakes, to church ruins and graves; Indypop brings us a stunning new video with amazing landscapes."
Indypop are Andi Friebe and Tom Kabisch. They have been making music together since the early 2000's when they formed their previous band "Merge." They were successful in Germany and had a record deal with the legendary "Bloodline" label.
Indypop was officially born in mid 2017 and, after some months of work, in December 2017 they released their very first single "Sophie"; a catchy indie pop track, sung in German. At the same time, they released the corresponding video.
Half a year later, Indypop goes Rammstein and releases a cover version of Rammstein's classic "Ohne Dich." A tragic story about love and heartbreak.
The release, despite being brand new, is receiving attention from fans and the media. And if the song is not enough for you, Indypop, once again, has recorded a video to accompany their single.
From forests and lakes, to church ruins and graves; Indypop brings us a stunning new video with amazing landscapes. Both the song and the video, allow us to submerge into the world of Indypop. A world full of melodies, stories and emotional depth. Don't believe us? Watch the video and judge for yourself.
If you want to support the band, you can purchase their EP on BandCamp or listen to it pretty much everywhere on the internet, as their single is now available on all digital music stores and streaming platforms. Indypop - Ohne Dich
