Mystica Girls

MysticaGirls is a band lead by the guitarist Cinthya Blackcat. Its original project started in 2007, but the band's history can be tracked back to 2005, with a cover band named "Mystica".

In the beginning, "Mystica" played a variety of covers, including genres like rock (Spanish and English) Metal, Oldies, Grunge and Punk among others. At the beginning of 2007, the band decided to create original songs, and its name was changed to "MysticaGirls".

They have released two Eps: Diluvio (2008) and Metal Rose (2011); three singles: Seguir Soñando (2007), Cuánto Quieres (2009), and The Conquest (2012); four official music videoclips that, all together, add up to over four million views on YouTube, and two full-length albums: Gates Of Hell (2014) and the latest one: Verónica, La Cortesana Del Infierno  with its English version Veronica, The Courtesan From Hell (both released in 2017).

Their Gates of Hell album was awarded by IMAS 2015 (Indie-O Music Awards) as Best Metal Genre Album. They also received the Kalani Award for Mexican Metal 2015 as Best Heavy Metal Band and the recognition from the magazine Banda Rockera as Best Female Rock Band.

MysticaGirls have participated in the most important music festivals in Mexico, such as "Vive Latino", "Cervantino International Festival", "Hell & Heaven Metal Fest" and "Force Metal Fest".

MysticaGirls were invited by the “Orquesta Filarmónica de las Artes” to play the Symphonic tributes to Metallica and Iron Maiden. Such collaborations gave the band the perfect opportunity to showcase three of their songs: "My Dinner", "Sin Ti" and "Fallen Angel", with special arrangements to play with the orchestra.

MysticaGirls is endorsed by prestigious brands: such as Jackson, Fender, D´addario and Planet Waves.
